My Opinion about Amazon; Ethical and Unethical ?

A short description  about what is ethical and unethical.Something which is right and is supported by the society is an ethical behavior. Unethical is any action that is not supported by the society or it is disapproved by the society.
Let me explain my words by a small video which will show an example of ethical and unethical business.

Hope readers have understood about ethical and unethical behavior is .
Now coming to my topic a company which is currently the top online business market shareholder i.e
non other than Amazon whose founder is worlds richest man Jeff Bezos (Forbes).
I would like to highlight the unethical practices by Amazon.

1.TAX EVADING:

Tax are the major source of government revenue which is ultimately affecting common people's life.
Government collects tax for public welfare like roads, railways, hospitals etc.B
But Amazon is evading tax according to Matthew Gardener at the institute on taxation and economic policy,Amazon paid no federal tax on $5.6 billion in US profits.

2.Employees and Workers Dissatisfaction:

After researching a lot about Amazon I decry and lament that employees working in the company are facing high stress, as work follows a lot of load which is ultimately carried by employees.
What about workers?
Many workers reported new mental health issues or a decrease in mental health since they began working there . This is about workers .Next time they would not apply for to work in Amazon some said. Its due to basic need that they have to fulfill that's why they are tolerating such condition.

Don't you think they should be valued because the success of Amazon is also due to employees and workers.
Even workers working in some of the most unethical work environments.
Workers are feared of loosing their jobs and they are peeing in bottles in order to ensure that they are not wasting their time.

The above stated points are just a glimpse.

What about INDIA 👀👀

Our country is a developing country and Amazon is flouting the foreign Investment rules.
In recent news it was stated by CAIT(confederation of all India Traders) that several FDI(foreign direct investment) backed E-commerce companies prominently Amazon who is blatantly and openly violating the press note no. of 2018 of FDI policy. The unfair competition is quite bad for our countries small traders and players which will hamper the growth of our whole nation.

Thats all my view that I am having after gathering information from newspaers and various others websites.
So what do you think about Amazon after reading this.
Share your views and doubts regarding this issue so that I can know.I will be glad helping you out.

Do you Really think Coca Cola is doing Ethical Practices?

Coca-Cola Company As we all know Coca-Cola is the world's largest soft drinks brand. The company is also a major sponsor of the Olympic Games. But what of the company's ethics? Is it in the medal places or is it a corporate also-ran? Profits being The Coca Cola Company’s main incentive, it is forgetting its social responsibility and is behaving unethically. How? well, Coca Cola started its operation in Kala Dera (a large village outside Jaipur, India) in which the primary source of livelihood is agriculture. As the article states that soon after Coca Cola’s operations started, a huge decline in groundwater levels was recorded. Instead of being socially responsible and shutting down its operations in Kala Dera or relocating, the company decided to persuade people into believing that it has become water neural and it also made false claims stating that it recharges the groundwater. In my opinion, The Coca Cola company is being extremely short-sighted in matte...
